Meet Shekila

I have alchemized 8+ years of experience in the exploration of Self, with specialized training in energy work, metaphysics, and yoga. This has shaped my life’s work of helping women and girls believe in their wholeness and their capacity to impact their world from a heart-centered, and grounded way of living.

I’m a Certified Life Coach and Usui Reiki Practitioner. I specialize in helping highly sensitive women of color cultivate their intuition, perspective, and gifts to attune themselves to their unique purpose. My coaching containers create space to identify and release stagnating, internal blocks that have kept them from further elevating their life and business.
